Asheville, NC – May 21, 2025 – Know a local business that goes above and beyond? A restaurant that always hits the spot? A nonprofit that changes lives? Now’s your chance to show them some love.

Nominations are officially open for Best of Asheville 2025, and Asheville Media Group wants to hear from you.

Now through 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 10, locals can visit BestOfAVL.com to nominate their favorite businesses, people, and organizations across more than 200 categories.

“Being named ‘Best of Asheville’ isn’t just a title. It’s a reflection of the trust and loyalty a business has earned from the community. These nominations and votes come directly from the people who support them every day,” said Shannon Steele, Marketing Director at Asheville Media Group.

Best of Asheville is about celebrating the places that make this region feel like home. Think your go-to coffee shop, your mechanic who always takes care of you, or the teacher who makes a difference. If they’ve made your life better, they deserve a spot on the ballot.

The nomination phase ends June 10. Public voting begins June 18, and winners will be announced this fall.
